My name is Freya, and I’m the founder of That Girl.
For as long as I can remember, academia has been my sanctuary - a place where I’ve been able to test my boundaries and discover just how much I can achieve. In those quiet moments of study, I’ve found peace; it’s where the noise of everything else fades away and I am free to focus wholly on learning.
But my journey wasn’t always easy. I learned countless strategies and secrets that can’t be found in textbooks or taught by teachers. While school does its best to guide us, as soon as we step outside those walls, the path forward often feels daunting and lonely.
That’s why That Girl exists - to be the bridge between the classroom and the world outside. I wanted to create a space where girls could learn side by side, lifting one another up and knowing, deep down, that they are never truly alone. Here, we build each other’s confidence. Here, we find strength together.
Growing up, I was put down simply because I loved to learn - for daring to dream bigger and to reach higher than those around me. But here, ambition isn’t something to hide; it’s something we proudly celebrate. Here, being passionate, committed, and proud of your achievements isn’t just accepted - it makes you one of us.
No matter where you are on your journey, this community stands with you. We’re a reminder that your dreams deserve to be chased and your victories applauded. Every girl here is proof that support, friendship, and courage change everything - and that nobody ever has to walk this road alone.
